Ok so this 6 months has gone by so fast! I started "Vonnique's Grow With Me Challenge in Feb 09 it ended the end of August. All in all I am very pleased with the results...

Great results. I love using your evening routine for my hair. The roller was quite irritating but my hair had a lasting curl to it and it seemed so healthy. I am currently completing a 6 month stretch so I plan to incorporate some of your techniques when I relax again.
